Bear Tracks Duvet Cover

I just finished this duvet cover for my daughter. I am making 2 more. One for my other daughter and one for the cabin. It is out of leftover corduroy, denim, and wool. It is so heavy, I don't think they will get cold.

I've always wanted to do a duvet cover but wasn't quite sure how. I didn't think that I could do it like a normal quilt. I can't tell if yours is quilted or not. How did you do it?
