Quilt and etc., for Myles

I don't have Myles' quilt to post yet, however, I'm posting the pillow my mom made for him. It's on the Cars fabrics that I'll use for the borders and backing for his quilt. I already mailed the pillow to him. The other photos are of his Teddy Bear quilt I made yesterday as well as pillowcases for Myles and his brother Mike who share a "Cars" room. My mom insisted I make him a Teddy Bear quilt because little boys slept with Teddy Bears (not dolls!) and he could have it at the hospital with him when he goes.











I'll edit to post the quilt when I finish it.

Miriam, you and Gramma Mildred are just so special, not to mention talented. I am keeping all of this a big secret from everyone around here so boy is everyone going to be surprised. Your mom is so right about boys, they don't sleep with their dollies but they sure sleep with their bears and their mooses. Myles is the moose and bears and Mikey is penguins. They each have one from build a bear. I don't know how I will ever thank you for all the caring and love you and friends and members here are sharing. We have a long road ahead and Myles will be traveling in comfort and love.
Those are some amazing fabrics. I am having so much fun looking at them.
