More Comfort Quilt Tops

These two tops are going to a friend in Alabama to be completed and donated. Chrissy1 sent the YBR blocks to me and the rest of the fabric for it, so I made more blocks and used the remaining fabric for the border. When I met Jan last month, she encouraged me to do something 'more' than just sew on plain borders, so that's what got that going. The Shooting Stars was a bear....not difficult, but it seemed to take forever even by sewing the corner squares on as leaders/enders, but was a good way to use up some scraps.

They're beautiful! I love the purple border on the second one. It really sets off the body of the quilt. Very nice job!
