French Braid for a Bride

This is for a girl that works for DH. She and her sweetie are getting married in August. She loves the quilts I have all over the place, so asked for one as a wedding present. They are a very sweet couple and play music , so there are musical notes in the black material. She did not want any floral material .... she likes bright colors .... this should work !!!!!

I still have to bind it, but finished quilting it today and feel like celebrating !!!

WOW!!! Sue, Love the bright colors. It sort of looks like a stained glass window with all those pretty color changes in it. You did a wonderful job on finding all those colors and the way you put it together. That is one of the prettiest french braids I have ever seen. And you deserve to celebrate after doing such a nice job.

Thanks for sharing. And tell the happy couple congratulations and God bless their little family. And bless you too for making such a nice gift for them.

Oh Sue, this is truly beautiful! I agree with ittybittygrandma, it reminds me of a stained glass window, too! What a nice gift!
