I finally finished today fittingly on Flag Day the Airplane quilt for my friends new Grandson. It's the airpland pattern from El's book Victory Quilts.

Thanks, It's cute but fought me all the way. Don't look too close at the points, El sure makes it look easy, I kept watching her video and still didn't get them just perfect, but I know the baby won't care....LOL

I remember them airplanes i had to make them on the Victory quilt the swap i hosted. You did a wonderful job Jeanne.......

How cute!! Jeanne, it looks perfect to me. I love the patriotic colors. For some reason seeing this quilt makes me want to sing "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy From Company B".

Thanks all. It was a lot of cutting. Each block has 20 pieces. Smaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall pieces...... LOL Really the thing that gave me fits was those angels of the body piece.
