Quilt in a Day Forums

This quilt I started for myself, but didn't like the big white areas. So I made it as a throw size for one of our patients. Her birthday is tomorrow, and she has been going through a rough time...

Pretty soon maybe I won't be considered a Newby any more????? I do ok with squares, but not so good with 6 seams meeting in one corner!!

I really like it. I think purple is the color I have the least of in my stash and I don't know why I like it?
