Visit my sewing room/office...

Post by Caroline1947 » Sun Feb 08, 2009 2:20 pm

It runneth over!!! Natalie and i have been hanging wall quilts and rearranging a few things. I have
a door on each of three walls and a window on the fourth,so I have two doors blocked or Id have no room. ( The one behind my machine goes to the garage, and theres another door outside we can use,and the opposite door with the leaf quilt goes to the laundry room, which has a door off the other end)..Every inch is used ,I think! LOL!

Very nice Carolyn. I don't have a separate room unfortunately so my stuff in all piled up in the spare bedroom and my machine sits on the dining room table. I cut on the dining room table also. If you run out of places for quilts, I have plenty of room!

Very Nice Caroline! Looks like you are sooooo organized and neat!

Love your quilts. I'm re-arranging my sewing room now. Just bought a table so my serger and little machine (for free motion) can be set up all the time. My main machine is in a cabinet so now I have formed a "L" shape sewing area. I want to hang a few quilts like I have seen others do. I still need to sort out the closet in that room. Maybe make some more space for fabric or shelves in there.

Thanks for showing us you and Natalie's space.

Have Fun,
Linda S / OASIS

I love it, Caroline! You have everything so organized and make the best use of the space you have.

I posted mine a few months ago.

Caroline, it's beautiful! love your sewing room.

Wish I'd have one like yours. My sewing area is small. I'll have to take pictures to show you!

The room is very small...about 7 x 10,,,but with the doors and window it leaves very little wall space...
