Charm Party Tote

Post by Oasis » Thu Feb 05, 2009 1:09 pm

I made this for my cousin who collects dolls. She just got the 25 year collector's doll from the Marie Osmond collection. She is all in white with names embroidered in gold all along her hem. When her 3 year old DGS comes to visit she puts "Olive" away. So I made her the tote to store her doll in when not on display. It is made from lite wieght brocade and fairy frost. The lining, cuff and handles are made from cotton.

I love making this pattern!

It's very elegant looking in those colors & fabrics! How thoughtful of you to make it for Olive. :) I love this pattern too.

Wow. Such a pretty tote bag. Fancy enough to go out on the town for the evening. Does Olive like to dine and dance? Great job and very nice selection of fabrics and colors. I am sure your cousin really appreciated such a thoughtful gift. Thanks for sharing.
