Quilt in a Day Forums

Remember these little ends I was saving off the Brides Bouquet template...well, Natalie gets a quilt fom them,,,this is just the ends from 12 blocks of the Bouquet...so it will be a nice little quilt too...not real pretty,but she loves the bold colors and I hated to toss them...

Only you would think if that....What do you mean, not pretty? I think it's gorgeous...Natalie will love it.....

I think its pretty too,,,i just meant it might be too busy for some peoples taste...I LOVE scrappy!

I read you saying that it was not real pretty & I thought "She must be joking because I think it is really beautiful!" I really do love it Caroline. That is the kind of quilts my Grandma made and I think they are just beautiful! You def. have a knack for it. Natalie has wonderful taste IMHO.

What a charming looking, old-fashioned quilt, one only a grandma could make and pass along with love. My kids had quilts like this from my grandma (their great-grandma and they were loved until they fell apart.) Grandma's don't get rid of anything, they just make loving little quilts from them. Brings back fond memories of all the quilts my grandma made from fabric and clothing scraps.

What's wrong with you? I think it's very pretty. You could also make Natalie (that cute little thing) a doll quilt. I bet she'd like that, too.
