These quilts are ones I made for my sister and brothers for Christmas this year. They were made from our Mother's clothes that I saved after she passed away in 2007. I wanted each of them to have something to wrap up in to remember her warmth and how much she loved us. It took me all year to make the four of them and one for myself. Mine is not quilted yet so I'll post it some other time. I machine pieced and quilted them all and these were my first attempts at machine quilting. I chose large patterns because the material was difficult to work with since most of it was knit or polyester. At one time I wrote into the forum to ask questions about how to work with double knit and you all were so helpful to me I wanted you to see the finished projects. Thanks for looking - Kristi
