1 Noodle Swap, 1 Pattern 2 very distinct quilts

Post by sewcarolyn » Tue Jan 13, 2009 7:46 pm

Here are tops from last summer's pink/brown noodle swap. They still need to be quilted but I wanted to share the tops :)

here is a link to the free pattern. I added a narrow sashing to one of them and a solid border instead of scrappy to the other one. Very very easy and fast. I think I will make a baby quilt out of this pattern because it is so easy,

Love those! Great job, Carolyn! What's the pattern called? I love your recipe card...yes, that's what I'm doing with my noodles: letting them simmer and stirring occasionally to increase the creative juices. LOL Very clever! :)

Wow!...Again Carolyn! You must live at your sewing machine! I like the Pink Floral Fun the best. I don't know how you manage to find so many fun patterns. Great job! ~Abbigail~

What a cool idea, they are great! I have yet to do anything w/ mine and this would be a great quilt! Where did you get the pattern?

Pretty quilts! I like that you separated the noodles into two very different looks with the same pattern! Did you make up your own pattern??? Great job! Your scrapbooking is fabulous.
