Also a race to finish!

Ok I really am not here to brag but I am just SO excited to share what I was able to accomplish this year! I have been quilting for about a year and a half and have fallen into a deep addiction I am afraid. I only have Sundays to work on my passion but I think it has worked out fine.
First up .... A lovely collection for a wonderful customer who has had me make several items for her! I used an altered 9 patch pattern for the quilt and El's pillow sham instructions. This fabric is from Moda's Vintage Holiday Collection.

Second up .... A stunning Gadabout quilt I made for my Mom! I used Moda's Hemming House Collection. I just love the rich colors! She has already requested another quilt next year! This is for her guest room and she wants one for her other guest room and her room!

Third up & Fourth ....
My youngest daughter's Poetry by Moda quilt. I used the same pattern I found in a magazine for her and my step daughter's quilts. Notice how different they both look!

On this one I used Benartex's Fossil Fern fabrics.

Fifth up ... My son's Yellow Brick Road quilt using Moda's Pine Creek Crossing fabric. I made him matching curtains and valance! I also made myself a flannel one, but not shown here.

Sixth up ..... My Dad and Step Mom's YBR quilt using the Kansas City Troubles Bound to the Prairie lines. Very handsome for their log home!

Seventh up .... My MIL and FIL's stunning Thimbleberrie's quilt. I used QIAD's Star's and Four Patches pattern. I must say this one turned out just gorgeous! I have ordered the large floral fabric to make her matching valances.

Eigth up ... My GIL nad GFIL lap quilt. I used the altered 9 patch pattern and Moda's Sunshine line for this.

Ninth up ... My AIL and UIL's double pinwheel quilt using Moda's Allspice Tapestry line.

I sent all but the first and last two out to be quilted. I just knew I wouldn't have the time since I work full time and have a couple part time bookkeeping jobs. (hmmm, do I need more for more fabric money? LOL). All my quilts ended up coming back late (the 16th of DEC, I had 7 days to complete the bindings and am still not sure how I managed to do that!
I would love any ideas for more simple quilts. I would love to see some more fat quarter quilts too!
