Christmas Wallhanging

I finally finished this Christmas wallhanging that I started last January. It's all machine embroidery. It's done one square at a time and then the twenty squares are sewn together. The seams are covered with bias so it has the look of a window with panes. The whole thing was stitched out on dupioni silk. Took about 3-4 hours to stitch each square. I'll be taking this to San Diego for Christmas so my DGSs, Jake and Kyle, can enjoy it.
Thanks for looking,
Susi

Hi Susi,
I love your a beautiful wall hanging. I just bought a Babylock Ellegante embroidery machine. I don't understand how to make a wall hanging in several blocks like this. Can you help me or do I need to take a class?
Great job on it!
Linda

Oh that is gorgeous. My friend made one exactly like it last Christmas but I don't think she has it sandwiched yet. I remember the day we went and looked for the silk dupioni. Nice job on yours.
