I finished this month's BOM!!! Yippee... the pattern calls for a tablerunner size... so I just doubled the pattern and added an extra border and voila a nice sized lap quilt! Now I just need to get it quilted and bound... woohoo! Thanks for lookin'

I love it So realistic looking The batik is perfect. Is that all one batik or several?

There are three batiks in the leaf and one in the stem... then the background... I used the same batik for the green border as the stem... so 5 colors total...

This is just gorgeous!!!!!! I love it. Gosh you did a great job! How did you match up 3 Batiks so well for your leaves? I have trouble matching Batiks. Awesome job girl. I need some of you to go shopping with me to help match fabrics, I think. Thanks for sharing. Now I have to go wipe the drool off. LOL

I love your lap quilt. The colors are wonderful. I am making quilts for our 2 oldest grandaughters out of batiks. They both like tie dyed fabrics.
