At Nora Mill. It's a working grist mill that's water powered. They have all kinds of neat things, grains, flours, mixes, jams, jellies, etc... In back is the headwaters of the Chatahoochie River and you can feed these humongous trout, it's really a cool place!

My little girl and I just looked at your pics and we love them! You, your Mom and Grandmonkey are darling together and having so much fun. The quilt is awesome! And, that sleepy dog looks like he's exhausted from all that quilting, lol! Pam, thankyou for sharing ) Amie

Ohhhhhh What wonderful wonderful pics!!!! Love them all! But....the pics of you, your beautiful Mom & Grandmonkey are over the moon! Yall look like you are having the best time ever. LOL I don't think I would ever want to leave there with your setup Pam! And it is so so pretty up at the Cabin. Just gorgeous! Daphne's quilt is just awesome! She looks proud as punch.LOL And poor little Daisy is just plum tuckered out! Ya'll wore that girl out!!!!!!!! Gosh these pics are great. Thank You so very much for sharing your week with us.

I had so much fun that week and what a special treat it was to spend time with my sweet mom and the Grandmonkey. I wish my parents lived closer, I just don't get to be with my mom nearly enough. Oh, the Grandmonkey was in rare form during the Sew-In! We made the Tossed 9 Patch quilt for my sister. We got a lot of pics of the Sew-In, but mom and I didn't look so good in most of them and mom threatened me within an inch of my life if I posted them! LOL! So, I chose carefully! LOL! The funniest thing, my sons call my mom "Mimi", well the Grandmonkey is used to talking to my mom and sister on the phone and when she was younger she got confused and started calling mom "Aunt Mimi" and it stuck! LOL! To this day she calls her Aunt Mimi. Boy, that little girl went to town on the Featherweight, she likes it because it's just her size. And Daisy, that little hoodlum pup, she has it rough! LOL! The tiara that the Grandmonkey was wearing was one kadie sent me awhile back. After the pics were taken I started getting a really bad headache and realized it was because my tiara was squeezing my head too tight...I wasn't wearing my usual tiara! ROFLOL!
