Daughter-in-law's B-day Quilt

Post by dforseth » Wed Jun 04, 2008 10:19 am

Here is my daughter-in-law's quilt that I made for her birthday. She choose the fabric and pattern (Twin Sisters, Quilting Through the Seasons). As usual the wind is blowing in the Texas Panhandle, so the picture isn't very good.

It is lime green, black, and white.

No it isn't me, that is my daughter trying to keep it from blowing.

Looks great! What are the colors-black, white, & green? Sometimes it's hard to tell on photos. I'm going to have to check out that pattern.

Love the quilt and the daughter is cute too. Is that navy blue or black?...my computer or my eyes won't let me see the color.

Beautiful quilt. The colors go well together. Love the border. Very nice quilting. My family almost moved to the Panhandle of Texas when I was 10. There was so much Snow there at that time it was incredible, so, dad said he didn't want to move us there.

Great quilt Debbie. Not colors I would chose, but they look good together. Lori
