another Delectable Mountain - think pink

I had the great good fortune to be able to go to Paducah 2 years ago and visit the QAID display there.
I fell absolutely in love with the Delectable Mountain pattern.

It took me almost a year to get up the nerve to try it. This started out to be a wall hanging, however someone else fell for it too and this is the result, it now lives on a 16 year olds bed.

I bought the book and DVD but have not attempted to make the Delectable Mountain. Your picture certainly makes me want to. You did a great job. Thanks for sharing. Jo Ann

This is very pretty and I bet the gremlin who stole it loves it and enjoys cuddling in it everyday.
I love seeing how the different color schemes makes a pattern look so different. This is dainty and delicate which I don't usually associate with this pattern.

You are so right, this is a wonderful pattern, I have the book, but haven't tackled it yet. It's on my "to do in the future" list.
