yes this is digital scrapbooking.....
and Julia is my favorite too...My daughter Julia loves the rain :)

Carolyn, What digital scrapbooking program do you use? I am not a scrapbooker but I am a graphic designer and think this would be more up my alley... my poor boys still don't have scrapbooks and my first born Jake is almost 7... we are much more of a computer family and think this would be awesome!!!

The program is PhotoShop. Photoshop Elements is a great starting place and with the free digital elements out there, and websites with instructions there is no need to purchase anything except paper and ink. you just print them (or have them printed) put them in an album to share or make a dvd or cd to share.

Warning it is addictive...but I do it on my laptop while watching TV and chatting here. This is a great "sew in" activity :)
