Today I was initiated ---- never have been to a shop hop before!!! Mequilter and I went. She is going to post a picture of all the fabric we bought, spread out in the back of my station wagon!!
Below is a picture of one of the places we went to. It's an old general store on one side, and a bed and breakfast on another (good for quilt retreats) -- it is in the middle of nowhere, but there is a church across the street.
The other picture is ME auditioning her final, unexpected purchase -- these three weren't in the station wagon!!
Did you notice on that first picture -- no snow!!!! Most of it is melted, but some still lingers in fields, or places where plows piled it up. I even opened a window for the first time this year -- yeah
