Quilt in a Day Forums

I wanted to share a baby quilt that my friend Lorraine made as part of our ongoing Comfort Quilt project.

I think she did a great job. I love the colours in this quilt. At first glance you might assume that all the blocks came from the same quilter. They didn't! They just pulled together wonderfully.

On Monday we made several creative decisions. We laid the blocks out like this:





By Monday evening she had pieced the top. By Tuesday evening Lorraine had quilted and bound it. Amazing!





Here it is hanging on the line. Can you spot the butterfly block?
