Using up fabric stash
Just wanted to do something quick and easy - using up some of my floral calico prints from the early 90's. I think I will call what I make patch work blankets instead of quilts - I really do not like the quilting part and am not very good at it!

You may say you're not good at the quilting part but you sure are good at making the top!
this one is just so wonderful. I'm not personally into florals all that much and I love this one. The white lattice borders are just fabulous and that overall design is really eye catching.

That is a very pretty quilt. Flower prints always add a special touch. If you don't like to quilt, why not tie it? I love tied quilts, reminds me of my grandmother's quilts. Get some friends together and let them help or ask a church quilt group what they would charge to do it for you. My sister had one tied for $25 and the church was glad to do it.
I personally think tied quilts are fluffier and bring that old-fashioned confort and love to the user. You did a wonderful job on the quilt and the design is really neat. Thanks so much for sharing.

Very pretty quilt. The design really pulls the different fabrics together. I love to make the tops also - that's why my UFO stack is so big.
