Foldy or peeled tutorial

Here is a quick tutorial for the foldt things...there are no curves to sew...You will use squares,,,Im using only three just to show you how. The purple square is about a half in smaller than the others,and is folded on the diagonal

You sandwich it between the two larger squares,like this.. I sewed along the open edge to hold it in place,,,you would have more squares there...

You then fold back ( or roll) the edge with the arrow back toward the corner

Then stitch along the line where the lines are marked...

That makes sense...thanks for the explanation. How do you keep the rolled edge in place as you're trying to sew it down? It seems that pins would get in the way and as you took them out it would roll out of place. Lori

You just hold it as you go,,,,its real easy,,,no pins...I just put in the pin to make it more visible...

Its not real bulky...I have only made a block or two to try it,,,so its not bad at all..

Look on the other posts,,,I forget, someone put on a site for the patterns. I adapted one of my own. Its very versatile. You can use it anywhere you would use a HST, basically...
