Cindyg your quilts are just fabulous!!!!!! I LOVE them. And yep, you are a very attractive lady & I was right in what I thought you would look like. I cannot wait to meet you in Houston & give you a big ole Okie hug!!!!! I think your DH's quilt is so very nice! I like the USA on the end of it.

Cindyg, Just when I thought it couldn't get any better and there you are with your quilts--what a great feeling to put your face with the beautiful quilts. Thanks!

Re: My quilts
Hi cindyg....Fantastic quilts. I love the leaf one, the flag one, and well all of them. But those two were my favorite. Your grandson is quite a looker. Mine is just 4 and he started playing soccer this summer. What a hoot!!
I used almost the same colors in my Jewel Box quilt like the one in your picture. Just used a grey Moda background instead of white. I LOVE that pattern. It's such a great pattern for so many reasons.
Your little Yorkie is a sweetie pie. Thanks for all the great pictures.

Re: My quilts
SewGlad - you asked about the leaf pattern. I was flipping thru some old mags and spotted an ad for the original pattern. It's from the Quiltmaker pattern collection and it's called "Turning Leaves". The website is VillageQuiltShoppe.com. After seeing the original pattern again I wish I had made mine just like the pattern instead of doing a raggedy one. Oh, well, live and learn. That's what this whole quilting process is all about.

Re: My quilts
Patsyann06, was your Yorkie ever as scraggly looking as my Schatzi? I'm kinda worried about that. I'm hoping she will look better once her hair grows out.

Your yorkie is adorable! Did she pick out the purple bow in her hair?
How big will she get?? I've wanted one for a long time but they are so tiny and fragile I'm afraid Tigger would rough house with one and hurt it.
