Katie - When I first started , the very first block took me three weeks to figure out from the directions in the mag!! Put it away for three years and then broke it out again and this time it only took me 2 weeks to finish it working for about 2 hours a day. Once i figured out how to chain piece the blocks, it went quick. Just for note - the poppy block actually has 44 pieces in it!! I thought in the beginning that it was a simple four block square!! Boy was I fooled!! Still I am glad that I did finish it and now on to quilt it. Thanks
