beautiful its just to pretty to be real i thought itwas machine embroderied it was so perfect but to know you did it by hand not machine my compliments to you great job
do you remember what magazine and what month the pattern was in??

Thank all of you for your many kind words and compliments.

I found the pattern in the December 2000 issue of American Patchwork and Quilting. It was handquilted by one of the designers but I had it qulted by a friend who has a long arm.

I don't think I could have lived long enough to do all of that handquilting!!!

If anyone can't find the pattern and you're interested in it, I will gladly make a copy of both the pattern and the instructions. I have offered to do same for several quilters on this forum.

That quilt is AWESOME!! My 1st thought was... "is that red work all by hand" must have taken FOREVER!
