WOW. They are spectacular. I am very interested in making those. Years ago I made several in counted crosstitch. Do you have the paterns you can send me. I am very interested in making them. They are absolutely fabulous.

I went to the "make-stuff" website yesterday and found the pattern and printed it off. I will give these a try.

I just finished one of these. It's not as perfect as the photos posted, but it's acceptable.
The biggest problem I had was getting the star in the center even. When I put the second layer on I found that if I measured each one (takes time) it came out more even.

Those are great. I bet your tree is beautiful. The folded star was on my mind just the other day. I haven't used that pattern in a long time. I think I will drag it out again.

I think a box of those ornaments would make a fabulous wedding gift! Every year as the newlyweds decorate their tree, they would think of the person who made them. great job!!!Dot
