Yes, it was a panel. I'm no where near talented enough to pull something like this off without it being a panel. And yep, I got it at Walmart last year, but didn't get around to doing anything with it until a few weeks ago. I love the fabric, the colors are so vibrant.
Thanks for the links Sharon. I like panels, they are giving me practice with stippling. I don't know where the 'don't cross lines' rule came from, but I've read it many times and I was trying to keep that from happening, but it did. You can't really see it unless you look really close.

Thanks for the links for the panels. I have one WalMart that is close and still has a few fabrics, will check for this one.
I don't listen to Quilt Police, I always say it is my quilt and I quilt the way I want to. If lines have to cross so be it.. that is how I wanted that one to be.
