Vicky,
Thanks for sharing the finished quilt! I have so enjoyed seeing the work in progress on the Sew-In. It is so much fun to share our work with one another. I love the blues and you have such nice workmanship. You also have a most lovely daughter. What a wonderful gift to give her!

WOW!!! What a beautiful feast for the eyes. I don't know how long it took you to make that quilt, it would have to take me a lifetime!! A blue ribbon from me!!! I'll NEVER get that good!

Wow,momof6quilts this is a real elegant quilt! I really love your choice and your precise work! Some time ago a friend of mine sent me a picture of it in more colour and I fell in love with it immediately! You did a wonderful job and I am sure you made your pretty daughter happy! By the way, I admire somebody being able to quilt a whole quilt by hand ... I seem having trouble just getting through the bulk whenever I try this ... And thank you for sharing the info and your experience - it is precious as there evidently are more ways how to construct most blocks, some more labourious than others ... Once again - CONGRATULATIONS!

BTT just because it's so pretty.

Vicky - you did so good choosing those blues. Blues are hard because some of the have a greenish tint and some a more purple tint. Your blues blend perfectly.
