Zfatcat, I love your Yin Yang bag ! The fabrics and colors are perfect. I ordered the pattern yesterday and will shop for fabric today. Are your fabrics quilting cotton or did you use a heavier fabric ? Also, what batting did you use ? Your bag seems to hold it's shape well and I am wondering if you used a fusible fleece I would appreciate your help so much. Thanks.

sewngran, I used quilting cotton and fusible fleece. It says just to use a thin batting, but I thought the fusible would hold up better.

Lori, I just love this, I keep coming back to look at it. I just ordered the pattern. My niece likes brown and pink together so will try to find something with those colors for her, but I love the black and pink together.

Thanks for sharing.
Have Fun,

Thanks zfatcat. I wanted to go ahead and get what I need while I am waiting for my pattern to arrive, so quilting cotton and fusible fleece it is. I like the fusible fleece, and it seems to have worked well for your bag. Is this a pretty easy pattern ? It looks like it might be, but then I am sometimes surprised when I get the pattern in my hand. Thanks again for your help.
