Great quilts! I really like the Winning Hand one, but I'm partial to that pattern because it was the first one I ever made. I hope you're feeling better. Take care!

Linda,
The quilts are all beautiful. You sure did have a great week sewing. Bet it kept your mind off the surgery thing. I love the different patterns and can't wait to see the new books. I too thought littlebits was hard but now that you say "strips" heck I just may give it a try. My mom made a gorgeous card trip quilt a couple years ago. I have it now as she wanted me to use it. I want to make one and I like the colors you used so it gives me inspiration.
Take care of yourself and I will add you to my prayers.
Hugs, Kathy

GP, you busted me! No I didn't clean or do laundry all week. And, if my poor furniture ever got dusted it would probably fall apart. As far as floors waxed and windows cleaned - that just sounds like work and I was on a forced vacation! ROFLOL That's my story and I am sticking to it!

Thank you all for your encouragement. There are so many patterns I want to try and I just never seem to get the time. This has been a blessing in disguise for me to have time to sew whatever I wanted without feeling pressure of a deadline. Believe me, I am counting the months to retirement!

Love to all,
Linda

Linda - great work! I really like the colors used in all of them. I might have to do a Lovers Knot quilt. I never liked the layout - but your's is tops!

Linda, my friend. I don't know anyone who has surgery & then sews all those quilts. Now you take care of yourself.

Hi Glenda,
The Winning Hand Quilt is also know as Card Trick. We have a book on it, very easy to do. Here is a link:

Linda, they are stunning. The pattern from Michelle looks like it is out of my expertise.
