It's great! I love the blue with the B&W b/c it's such a vibrant blue! I actually have some fabric with those celtic knots. I wouldn't have dared to cut it up, like you have, but I LOVE it. I'm so glad you shared this photo. I was dreading cutting the knots out in circles. :)

How do you plan to quilt it?

wow thanks for all of the compliments. I have done a b/w musical fabric with gold accent quilt and my daughter's room is b/w red so I wanted something different. I stopped at a fabric store in the area that carries everything from cheap $1.69 flat folds to high quality quilting fabric for $6-8 a yard. I picked up a couple of bolts of b/w fabric and just wandered around laying them next to bolts of color. I kept gravitating to blue and when I saw this it was a keeper.

It is a Michael Miller Fabric and I know it was only $2.98 a yard because I bought another 1/2 yd yesterday. Dawne-I bought it in green for the St. Pat's charm swap it is lovely in green too. I think I looked at the knots differently in the blue because I bought it with the intent of cutting it for the Tossed9. I don't know how I want it quilted I think I will take it to my LA quilter and get input from them.

Carolyn that is very pretty. That particular blue just makes it pop. Great choice in fabrics and placement! You did a wonderful job on this. Anxious to see what your LA'er suggests doing. Again, Great job.
