I love all of them. Hard pressed to pick a favorite but leaning toward the mystery quilt. I have been planning to do the applecore for a long time but just haven't gotten around to it. I saw an applecore templet at one the LQS in Ohio. Should have bought it but didn't.

WOW....the back is as pretty as the front. But I'm still confused. When you make the circles, the backside of each circle is used for the backing? Is that correct. What's the secret for sewing them all together? I'm really showing my ignorance here, but it really interests me.

All of these quilts are amazing to me. I love the colours and the various patterns. The first one really stands out. It's amazing. 400 pieces and really small charms too. Your husband is a lucky man.

The circle are overlapped - it's hard to explain -- except to say I think the pattern directions were really good in showing how to do it.
The charms stared off as 6" squares. Every time I went into a quilt shop I'd pick up a few new blue FQs. Then my friends and I did did the Kansas City Shop Hop (12 + a few extra) and I picked up 3 or 4 at each shop. We also made up our own hop up through Iowa - again I bought blue FQs (and music themed fabric). Finally, I dug through my quilting buddies stashes.

WOW! I just love ALL of them!!! I truly loved Lattice of Hope and Lattice of Joy - the others are equally as beautiful, but the names you gave them are very precious..
