what a great piece, great colors, what part of Iowa are you from Iowagal, I am on the mississippi river, In Clinton. Keep up the great work.

This is the mariners compass Fon and porter did on a recent episode. I also have to thank busyhands125 for being kind enough to scan the magazine and send the pattern to me. I apologize for not doing that sooner~!

The center is appliqued on. Otherwise I NEVER would have pieced that circle on straight. Once you get the hang of it, it is pretty easy.

What a great job! I love the colors, and it all looks so professional. Noone would ever think that was your first paper piecing project!
