I think it would fuzz up because, if I'm correct, those are raw edge flowers. They may never wash it though.

I would think that it would fuzz up almost like chenille..... it would be great, the more it gets washed and dried the more beautiful it is.

Here is a similar quilt pattern called French Roses. This one I did in a workshop, but the pattern only used 3 layers for the flower....and mine turned out a little pale...Has light yellow sashing strips between the blocks.

this would be a ton of fun to do maybe after christmas so we could have them for the spring - I think quilterbee may be on to something with the number - we could have lots of participants but maybe put them in smaller groups - maybe make the blocks a little larger and have a nice throw for spring
