What a gorgeous quilt. My son-in-law was also in the Navy and served in Desert Storm. He was stationed on the USS Nimitz. He would absolutely love this quilt. I will make sure he sees this one.

What a beautiful way to honor any serviceman or servicewoman.

That is JUST AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL! And what a great way to honor a brother! I am so impressed with your SIL's work- and thankful to your DH for his service!

What an amazing quilt! It truly pays tribute to the service your hubby did for our country. The quilting is phenomenal! Yep- it's definitely a PURPLE ribbon winner in my book! :-)

OK, that is AWESOME! Where did she get the Navy seal? I have it on a flag, but I think it would be difficult to trace. My husband is a chief in the Navy and I have friends who are leaving soon as their husbands are getting stationed elsewhere. I plan on making them some quilted items and this would be awesome to quilt on them!
