Hi girls! Thanks for all the compliments! For those asking where the pattern can be found... it is not out yet! It is from a monthly class I take at QIAD... with Susanna! So I am sure the pattern will be out soon! Keep your eyes peeled!

Wow, that is beautiful in batiks!! What a nice job for a difficult pattern. I made a queen size of this pattern back in l990....and I love the pattern so much, I decided to make one now and am just getting the blocks together.....this one will be a smaller version, but will still have 20 blocks in it.

Calicopuzzle... I would love to see a picture of your queen sized one... and your new one when it is finished... did you use the same pattern Zfatcat was referring to? Or a different one?

I did not think it was a difficult pattern at all... Eleanor simplifies the directions as usual and QIAD is even putting out a new special ruler for the tip of the leaf... and I got the 8 leaves done in a couple hours!

Thanks for the heads up Lori! I had not seen the Quiltmaker's version to see if the piecing was the same... but if Eleanor could have found an easier way I am sure she did!
