It is beautiful. I don't pre-wash most of the time either, because I like that old, country look too.

Very nice. I purchased some fabric to make the same pattern but haven't gotten to it.

JudyWoo, that is SOOO pretty! I am kinda scared of the Buckeye Beauty, worried that I will mess up the colors and it won't have that lovely progression of tones. Maybe one day I will get brave and try one!

Don't worry about color progression Carole. I just made sure all the "points" were blue and all the "colored squares" were the contrasting shades and let them fall where they may. Once you get the blocks made, you can lay them out and see where each one looks the best ... just turn them here and there until they look good to you. Easy peasy!

Love your colors and the "antique look" .....so pretty. you did a great job on it. I want one, so, guess I'll be fabric shopping again soon, LOL.....Thanks for sharing photo!
