Absolutely stunning.
This quilt is like conforming the bond between Mom and Daughter.
What a treasure for any daughter to have.

racnquilter-I took the quilt in to give it to Russ to quilt and get some input regarding quilting, since this was a first I was clueless, he showed me thread choices and then suggested the musical pattern. He is very talented and takes great pride in his part of the finished quilt. I have been in the shop and watched him work on quilts and he has so much fun. It is nice to hand off my hard work to an artist. :)

ollie1shoe-I had this great stack of material and was looking for a pattern to use and voila I found a book with this pattern in musical notes :) I am at work now but if you are interested I can get it to you. It is full of patterns for beginners and quilts that can be completed in 8-16 hours.

sewcarolyn - that is the COOLEST quilt. I'm musical myself so I would be overwhelmed if I were to recieve a quilt like that. It's awesome!!! The whole thing - the fabric choices, the pattern, and the quilting. Super job!!!
