Very cute! It looks really well made. Much better than my first log cabin. Thanks for sharing.

Very Nice--If there are any puckers, I'm sure they will disappear with the quilting!

That is so cute. I sure wouldn't worry about those little puckers. You will never know they are there when it is quilted. I have never done a log cabin but yours is very well done. I was about 28 years old and Winnie and Tigger came to Sears. I was the only adult there.

It's very nice. The colors are very comforting. I found that those puckers show up on my work when I pull the fabric away from the machine and it tugs the seam. I now hold the thread and pull it instead of the fabric. This may help you too.

I love the way it came together! The only 2 things that come to mind on the puckers is that the fabric is not 100% cotton, but a cotton/poly blend or the sizing can cause that but will disappear after it's washed. Great design! Amie

I do see what you mean, but I also think this will disappear when sandwiched. What are you using for bat? How are you sandwiching? tie, hand or machine quilt?

I know some ladies are perfectionists, my Grandmother was certainly one. So I respect your desire to achieve perfection. However, I dont think its going to make hardly any difference once its together. I have had quilt tops that didnt lay flat prior to sandwiching and afterwards you couldnt tell!

Overall your blocks are beautiful and since you have fabric- that appears thin (or somewhat opaque) I can see your seems (which wont show when finished and they are pressed beautifully.

LOVE the quilt. Next time you sew be careful not to tug on your fabric- also blending different cotton percentages together might give this affect. Are your fabrics all prewashed?

VERY CUTE- LUCKY BABY!
