The Pattern is the 9 patch in one of El's book--"Still Stripping" I think. I just used up a bunch of odds and ends I had around here and it turned out pretty nice I think. Mom's bedspread she has now has holes in it!! Her birthday is Nov 22nd so I think I might just be able to get it done by then. My LA quilter is a pretty busy gal, so I'll wait a few weeks to bring it to her!
Brennen turned 3 in July.... His baby sister Evie, is 6 months, but I haven't seen her for a while. Bren is daddy's buddy and they go every where together. When my DS was younger, like 18-19--he swore he was never going to get married and have kids... but he has turned out to be the best daddy ever (better than his own daddy)
So, I'm a little proud! LOL
