Susie, I like the pink star blanket best! You have done a wonderful job to finish it - I think it was definitely worth it! And it must be now giving you back all the positive energy that has been placed in it. Isn´t it ingenious you have quilted those on point star squares embracing them into CIRCLES! I like your log cabin quilt as well - it shows how very simple things can be beautiful.

WOW! For quilting for auch a short time, you have sure done a fabulous job here! I just love your quilts. All of them. I can see why you wanted to quilt the top from your Grandmother. And you did an awesome job on it too! I am serious Sister, you have got a knack for handquilting. I do remember my granny & her quilting bee friends, having to borrow a small pc of fabric for a point or whatever. They made do with what they had rather than running to town for more fabric or just not doing the pattern. Nowdays we are to vain for that. lol I just imagine your Grandmother smiling down at that completed quilt and so proud of your accomplishment. Keep up the great work Sister.

I love all of your quilts, they are just beautiful in every way. I love the way you quilted your grandmother's quilt it really shows off those beautiful stars. Your rag quilts are so bright and cheerful, I have that on my "to do" list, along with dozens of other things(LOL).
Keep up the great quilting.

Your quilts are beautiful and I'm so impressed with your quilting talent...I can't believe you've quilted for such a short time. I guess some people have it and some don't...I apparently don't!
Your grandmother's quilt is a real treasure. I wish I had something from my grandmother. Shamefully I have to admit that when I was young and dumb (19) I was given quilt blocks that my great grandmother had made and since I knew nothing about sewing and at the time didn't care to learn I tossed them. I'm truly sorry I did that now. I also tossed a lot of antiques because I didn't like that "crappy old stuff". If only I knew then what I know now.

These quilts are lovely. I know you will cherish the one from your grandmother. I have a quilt top of the Double Wedding ring that my great grandmother and grandmother hand pieced that needs to be finished. I can't wait to finish it. It is a part of my family history. Lawanna
