You guys go ahead and have your fun!! Actually, there is a method to my madness - this way when I put up the real thing, I'll look great compared to 'her'. She's on my desktop and always gives me a chuckle. Has been my mascot lately. She needs a name. Any suggestions?

Where, on earth, did you get a portrait of SewGlad???? My heavens, it could be my sister or my grandmother - look at her! Yup, that's Ruthie, through and through. (Okay, the legs might be a little off.)

Needlenoise, I have been to Everett, Washington! It was just about nine years ago right now. I was visiting a family that had adopted a child from the same children's home as my Susannah. Actually we came out of Haiti at the same time with our girls.

Re: Ready or not, here I am!!
We lived in Bremerton WA for almost 4 years. Wouldn't trade those 4 years for anything. Absolutely loved it there. Just tonight I told my sister I would move up there again but I have to wait 2 more years until my son graduates from high school (I want to keep everything as normal as possible since the divorce). She said I would move up there and become a recluse -- quilting all day long!
