Karon-- Love your projects!!! I prefer the smaller projects, too. Takes way to long to do big ones, and my attention span lags. Love your Day & Night and the other runners. The Christmas tree wall hanging and the heart are neat, too! The bag is great! The "ugly" fabrics look super made into the bag! Do you quilt with a LA? NICE!!! THanks for posting!!!
P.S. I like the quick quarter quilt, too! That was the segment on RFD TV this week.

Re: My Quilt Show Entries
I have a 9" Brother on a Little Gracie frame. I used it on the sq. blocks and borders of the Day and Night. The Quick Quarter was the first and only quilt I have had done by a professional long armer. Most of the runners are stitch in the ditch. The heart I did fm on my reg. machine. I did not do a really neat job on it and had intended to give it away because I didn't like it. The longer I worked on it, the more it grew on me, so I kept it. I may redo the quilting with a thread that matches better.

I certainly see a theme, and a great choice. They are all great. I think I might try that tree this week.

I love everything you made! You're very prolific! I can't choose a favorite, though that Day/Night pattern is intriging me. I may have to give that one a whirl one day. And I personally like the quilting on the heart. using a different color of thread gives contrast and makes it stand out more! Nice job!! Thanks for sharing them with us!

Wonderful work.
I've decided to do more wall-hangings and smaller-sized projects. Large quilts are too frustrating to quilt and I get discouraged and then, for a while, I get nothing done.

Wow!!!!You have been busy. What a beautiful assortment of quilted items. I can see why you took so many prizes.
I love the tree one and to think, you got to decorate it. Might be a cute idea to send to someone along with an assortment of buttons, beads, etc and let them decorate it themselves. Too many to choose a favorite but thanks for sharing. What an inspiration to us all.
God bless, Happy quilting, and many hugs, Shirley Mae
