The lucky person to recieve this quilt is my mother in-law. It is a surprise. (for her birthday). Yes it does look like the ocean in Hawaii, When I stood back and looked at it. I have two more day and night to make for christmas gifts and one for sis in-law that she may get for her birthday next year. They go together pretty fast. I was very impressed. Now its time for me to hand quilt it. I have it on the frame this morning.

It is a beautiful quilt. I just bought the pattern from QIAD. I haven't tried it yet but plan to. It looks a little difficult but will probably be easy once I try it.
It is a very spectacular quilt.

Oh your colors are Gorgeous!!!! And you have wonderful contrast! You did a fantastic job!!!

Lowell........Go ahead and try the pattern, looks difficult, but with precision cutting, it goes together very easy.

Don't forget the "bonus" projects you get when you make this quilt!!! They are as pretty as the original! Not to mention so quick to put together! It's like two projects free. El and Michelle really outdid themselves in this pattern!!! Way to go, Littlebit!!! THANK YOU!!!

Girl, your quilt will be so special hand-quilted!!! You must be a lot faster than I am. Mine will be going to a LA quilter.

Your quilt is sew beautiful!!! (I know I told you this earlier. LOL)
