Great seeing ya Carin! And it looks like you ladies had a good time and saw some wonderful goodies and Samples in the Shops. That is okay being the youngest in your group. Just think of the experience you were probably surrounded with. Thank You for sharing your fun day.

Huge Hugs

PS. What was the temp like there?

thanks for posting all the fun pics. Looks like you ladies had a great time.Nothing wrong with being the youngest. They probably enjoy your youthful enthusiam and a will pupil to teach their talents to.

Before my dd went back to work, she joined a quilting group at a local church and took her little son with her. The other ladies were all retired and loved entertaining the little guy while she helped quilt. She learned lots from those precious ladies and my GS had lots of grandmas to spoil him. They took turns bringing treats and always brought something healthy for him too. Someone always sat and read or played with him. Maybe that is why he is starting to build his own stash. He had a lot of wonderful older quilters around him.

Aren't small town quilt shops the best? The owners are so friendly and helpful. So many of the items are uniquely different from the big city shops. And they have time to chat with you and show you around their wonderful quilting world.

thanks again for sharing. I love little towns when we travel. God bless you and your guild. Lovely group of ladies. Hugs, shirley Mae
