Geisha panel comes as cream with black outlines and you used panels to applique. It's from Andover and Lonni Rossi. Here's a different panel with ideas to appliqu:

I just did raw-edge (fusible) on Geisha but many do needle turn, then I decided it would make a nice bed quilt so.....much fun

Sally, That is beautiful. Great job of putting all that together so nicely.
I am trying to come up with an Asian style design for my oldest DD for a quilt. I have a lot of small Asian sqs from a LQS dump bin and a small panel with the bridge, moon, and mtn on it. This panel would be perfect for what I am trying to do. Thanks so much for sharing the pics. You have been an inspiration to me today.
