Denise - what a great quilt. I love seeing the quilts from swaps. We don't see too many of them. It's bright and cheerful - I know you cherish it.

I like this Denise. I have mine set together but not anything else done to it yet. I have a question for you. Since the blocks were backed and thick did you do anything to the border to make it as thick as the blocks? ~Abbigail~

Brenda, I haven't done anything special to the border. I've made a 3" border (cut at 3 1/2") and once top, batting and backing sewn together, I've made a "stitch in the ditch" all around. And wow, your quilt is much bigger than mine. You have done many extra blocks.
