Gorgeous as usual from you Inka. Absolutely love the colors.

I, like Caroline, wonder if this could be done with the "peeled back" method. If anyone can figure it out, it would be you Inka. The peeled back fabric is white and that is what I can't quite figure out. LOL

Maybe the white fabric would be on top of the orange connecting piece as two folded then peeled back. Oh well, I'll just appreciate yours.

Have Fun,

I just checked and LynnS posted a website (under Denim Flannel quilt) back on 10/13 with a pattern that might be the same or at least like it:

Oasis, thank you for your link! It explains quite a different technique that renders a very similar design in fact - these Japanese circles are very pretty and are also called Atarashi. They are in my "to be tried one day" folders ...

Oasis, Caroline and everybody, your words make me fly on a cloud! I am pretty sure you all are very clever ladies and will be able to answer those questions yourselves - just think of me, what I have been doing lately, being pre-occupied with all those "curves". The answer is very logical - if you go to Shelley Swanland´s site and have a look at her beautiful quilts and patterns, the technique (at least the basic principle) is quite obvious ... Love, Inka
