The only thing I see is one of the set of stripes is going the wrong direction, but I really, really had to look for it. Lower left hand side third row the stripes are going the wrong way, but you know that's what makes it special and gives it the loving touch. I wouldn't worry about it as it blends in.

My only suggestion would be lighter borders, not quite as dark as there are currently.

I was looking through my photo album of quilts last night when I saw that my "first" quilt which was a rail fence commissioned by a friend for her nephew had a block turned the wrong way. I had never noticed it before. Isn't that funny!
