Dawne - when are you coming back to Maryland? You said the Baltimore area - I believe. I am about 40 minutes away.

Believe me, I've often laughed that NOW I run into a D.C. quilter who is swap happy like me. Couldn't have picked up quilting in MD could I??
As for trips to MD, I'm not sure. This summer would be nice but I'm not sure of our schedule. My kids 'may' be in a play for part of the summer and my oldest may be going to an event in Saskatoon in Aug. And it's a money thing, unfortunately.
People often ask me what I miss most about home and besides some family members I always say the MD zoo and the Smithsonian. Everything else I can get up here. I've always spent a good amount of time in D.C. so I know what I'm missing.
How far are you from Chinatown? (grin)
